Mr. Balasubramanian's journey in the culinary world began in 1979 when he joined the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels. During his tenure at the Taj, he honed his skills and developed a deep appreciation for the intricacies of South Indian cuisine and hospitality. 

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, 

Mr. Balasubramanian then joined his family's business, where he helped expand the 

company's reach and reputation. His exceptional abilities soon caught the attention of international markets, and he was invited to work in Japan, Europe, Russia, and the Gulf countries, serving as the head for hotels in these regions. 

Upon returning to India, Mr. Balasubramanian established his own successful catering business, further solidifying his reputation as a pioneer in the hospitality industry.

Over the years, he has cultivated strong 

relationships with top politicians, corporate

leaders, and influential business families. 

This extensive network has allowed him to cater

high-profile events and functions, showcasing 

his culinary expertise and exceptional event management skills.
